- Hire a professional translator with experience.
- Select a translator who is specialised in your field and understands your business.
- Provide your translator with relevant reference material (glossaries, style guide, previously translated documents…) to help him or her get to know you better faster.
- Plan ahead to allow for reasonable and realistic deadlines for your translations. Time is quality’s best friend.
- If you make any amendments to the text, send your final and approved version to your translator who’ll be able to update his or her records.
